SIGpi software

I found this on the internet.

It looks interesting, like a Swiss Army knife for signals.
As I write I am trying to install it on a RPI 3b+.  It might be an over 
reach for a full install and if I'd read the instruction I might have 
just set up the server version.
I think I'll try it on an old laptop.
