Marconi Q meter lives

I guess replacing the wires with dodgy insulation fixed the problem....
It now zeros (and the "Q zero" knob swings the needle around the zero point
equally).
I picked up this Q meter at the Gaithersburg hamfest in the 1990s. It's
more useful than the
HP 4191 impedance meter.
