The attached mail includes a couple good links.  The first one points to
Intel's NSP (DSP) library, which should be of interest to us
soundblaster/Pentium wanabes.

The second link is to Joe's own site.  He seems to have some interesting
projects, including a DDS direct conversion receiver that uses the EVM
foe demodulation (sounds familiar).  He is also interested in digital
voice over HF radio, and has some vocoder information.

I actually have no idea how useful Intel's (or AMD's) new vector instructions are for DSP.
If you have any experience or opinions, I'd love to hear them.
