I would appreciate assistance from how
ever many of you can spend the time to
respond to this survey. It is being
conducted by one of my colleagues at
GWU. I send it to the AMRAD and
Microwave crowd as I would like to
garner some knowledgeable input on the
subject.
Thanks to all.

Greetings:

Now that you have settled into the
semester, I have a fvor to ask of you.
Professor Antonio Sanchez-Aguilar at The
University of the Americas and I
are conducting a survey of people all
over the world about their
predictions of the severity of the
impact of the Y2K bug during the
rollover into the year 2000 and shortly
thereafter. We would like YOU to
participate. It does not matter whether
you are knowledgeable in
information technology or not.
Regardless of your location, your
cultural
background, or your profession, we are
interested in your opinions!

At the URL given below you will find a
brief questionnaire that asks you a
series of objective questions about you
and your life, followed by a series
of subjective questions about your
predictions of the probable impact of
the Y2K event. A more complete
description of the research project and
its
objectives is available at the site.

We would be very grateful if you would
take a few minutes to go to the site
and answer the questions on the
questionnaire. It should take no more
than
10 minutes of your time.

We would also be very grateful if you
would forward this message to as many
of your acquaintances as possible. We
would like to gather the opinions of
thousands of people around the world
over the next few months, and your
help in accomplishing this goal will be
greatly appreciated!

Thanks for providing your input and
spreading the word!

Best regards!
