Hi,

Some of our tacoistas visited last night to celebrate Tom Blanchard day and
had a chance to see Richard O'Neill's new Meade telescope.

Richard found that the stocks at the Sterling Virginia Costco were
replenished this afternoon so they are again available. Look for them in
the big center section with other toys. They are also now in stock at the
Manassas store. This morning none of the stores in the Washington area had
any in stock so you may want to make a visit sooner rather than later as
stocks are being sucked up quickly.

According to a Meade rep this model telescope is being discontinued and
Costco has arranged to buy all the remaining stock. They normally sell for
$275 but now sell for $129 which is a real bargain. They will make really
nice Christmas presents for any families with boys around 10-12 years
old. Girls may also be interested so don't think they are only for boys.

Frank
