The current (Jan/Feb 2002) issue of Compliance Engineering Magazine has in its
"Newsline" section an item about efforts in the UK to draft new laws on
interference
to radio frequencies below 1.6 MHz caused by DSL, power line transmission and
home
LANS. Worth reading. The contents of the item will soon be available at the
mag's
web site, but the "current" edition now on display is still the
November/December
2001 edition. Give it a few weeks and then try:

and click on "current issue" and then "newsline".
