Sorry, doesn't look like we'll be joining the rest of the world on LF any 
time soon.  The Federal Communications Commission turned down a US ham band 
at 136kHz for the foreseeable future.

There's a story at www.arrl.org now, and we'll have additional details at 
www.lwca.org after further study of the FCC's massive Report and Order.
