6m meteor Scatter project.

Im not sure ALOGGER will work for this.

ALOGGER requires a search string.  That is perfect for
digipeated packets since the match string is just the call of
the satellite*.  But for Meteor Scatter, there is no DIGI, so it
will have to forward ALL packets to the internet.  

I'll have to get Bill diaz to modify it..  Maybe if we add "MS"
to the search string, then it will pass ALL packets to the
internet?  Or maybe it needs a check-box, to pass-all.?
