	Unlike ALogger, ASatLogger will gate any packets it hears on the
serial port to the APRS-IS.  While it was designed to work with the Kenwood
D7* radio's it should work ok with other radios and an external TNC.  It can
send TNC commands to configure the TNC.  Just have to create the necessary
.TNC file for use with specific TNC's.  See

	Will also look into modifying ALogger to gate all heard packets.
