flash on a droid?

No Flash yet, however there's a built in YouTube app which makes viewing YouTube videos seamless.  You can also upload YouTube videos from the built in video/still camera.

I'm thinking of upgrading my cell phone. I've been waiting for the phones to have the capability to run Youtube videos (flash). 
It seems it is now possible on android phones. Any of you guys got one to confirm this? How about the G1 from T mobile? It runs android, but does it do Flash?
