flash on a droid?

My Verizon Palm Pre Plus does a spectacular job with YouTube whether on 3G
or Wi-Fi . It will be the first cell platform to have Adobe Flash. I highly
recommend it.

I'm thinking of upgrading my cell phone.  I've been waiting for the phones
to have the capability to run Youtube videos (flash). 
It seems it is now possible on android phones.  Any of you guys got one to
confirm this?  How about the G1 from T mobile?  It runs android, but does it
do Flash?
