low cost 10 meter rig

Hey Bill.
Go to ebay and look for Radio Shack HTX-10 or HTX-100 transceivers.  
They have not been sold new for years now, but they make a great 10M 
rig, and are often available on ebay or eham.net.  They can cost as low 
as $90, but typically around $130.

I have one, and have used it for a 10M Propnet station, among other things.
