I saw that ad full-page in the Washington Post last week.  Say it enough
times and loudly then maybe people will think it's true.

Barrons (p39).  

They accuse GPS of "squatting on our spectrum"  And, they encourage readers
to "learn more at  <http://www.lightsquared.com/gpsfacts>

Is there a pattern here? You may recall the March or April Space News that
featured a LightSquared article on the front page. A CEO said forcefully
that LightSquared would cause no interference to GPS. (this was shortly
before RTCA indicated egregious interference to L1).
