ROS

Hello -

Does anyone have software that can operate in the new
ROS digital mode?  Apparently it's legal on the
HF ham bands everywhere else in the world except
the U.S.

Guess it is the use of spread spectrum techniques
that makes it hard for Big Brother to monitor it.
