I guess Sinclair is still trying to get the FCC to dump ATSC.  They weren't
successful the ATSC Development group ran a comparison of COFDM and ATSC
many years ago with Sinclair.

This may be old news to some of you (especially Terry), but Sinclair got an
STA through June to test DVB-T2 on WNUV and a subcarrier of WBFF at night
(probably 1AM to 5AM).
