My brother Kevin, N0IRW, was the very first station logged in a QSO with
W100AW,
the ARRL centennial station. He's the section manager for Oklahoma
and on the PR committee. It was admittedly a scheduled contact for
checking propagation and shack shakedown, but he was indeed the
first log entry.
