Nominations for Directors

As announced by President George Lemaster WB5OYP at the general meeting of
AMRAD on November 12, 2014 nominations are open for Directors and
Alternates. AMRAD has five directors and two alternates. Directors serve
for two year terms. Two positions expire on even years and three positions
expire on odd years. Alternates serve one year terms.

Current Directors are:
    Paul Rinaldo W4RI ('14/'15)
    Frank Gentges K0BRA ('14/'15)
    Karl Berger W4KRL ('14/'15)
    George Lemaster WB5OYP ('13/'14)
    Terry McCarty WA5NTI ('13/'14)

Alternates are:
   Joe Palsa K3WRY
   Terry Fox WB4JFI

The Director terms for Terry McCarty and George Lemaster end this year.

The two nominees receiving the highest vote counts at the December business
meeting are elected as Directors. Those receiving the third and fourth
largest number of votes are elected as Alternates.

You may submit nominations to the Secretary at W4KRL at arrl.net up to the day
before the meeting on December 10.

Currently, the Secretary has received the following nominations:
    George Lemaster WB5OYP
    Terry McCarty WA5NTI
    Bill Fenn N4TS

Officers are selected by the Directors at a Board meeting held shortly
after the business meeting.
