I do hate that things tend to end up in different places but I find
that's usually when switching from one distribution to another. It does
take a little effort to support folks who occasionally run into
something like that... and to make solid instructions for the various
distributions that are out there... thankfully it's not too much
trouble. I'd say we run into somewhere between 3-6 tickets per year that
are related to a particular distribution not quite working with our
software and it's usually something out on the fringe.
