DC-Area Electronics Repair

I have an off-brand (Pumpkin) Android-powered radio in my car. It has
recently started taking 15 minutes to power on (it doesn't draw full power
until 15 minutes after it has an ignition signal). It is under warranty but
the company wants me to get it repaired locally and then submit the bill.
Does anyone know of a place in the DC area that I might try for an item
like this?
