The DRAM drama

We have a huge memory facility in Manassas and it is making Micron 
chips.  It started as a cooperative arrangement between IBM and Toshiba 
when it was built.  The city provided a lot of perks to get them to 
build it there.

I have not heard how they are doing now but understood in the past that 
it had become a sweat shop.  Has anyone heard how they are doing now?
