Gents, the Vienna Wireless Society invites you and your club members to join
us for our next meeting at 7:30 pm this Friday (March 13) at Oakton High
School's Lecture Hall. 

George Tarnovsky K4GVT, president of the Ole Virginia Hams club, will
discuss the battle Manassas-area hams fought against Broadband Over Power
Line (BPL), including historical information of how the BPL consortium tried
to smokescreen their true agenda and their goals while pretending to be
"ham-friendly."  George will also provide spectrum plots, and recordings of
the BPL interference that messed up HF activity around the city.
