Mind you, I'm quite used to rubbing shoulders with you rich  
Americans. Only five or six years ago, Richard O'Neill gave me a  
million dollar (US) bill during a visit to Dayton. No, I tell a lie -  
he gave me two! Only I've not yet managed to change them for  
something smaller...
