take a look at the two antennas facing southwest.
they sure look like tropo antennas

if you look a bit further up Card Sound Road,
there's clear evidence of what sure looks like
a decomissioned Wullenwebber DF site.

there's on of those near Boca Chica Key that's still working.
sitting in a hotel in Key West
i've overheard contractors talking about a major antenna
overhaul they were doing at the site.
