I think they have confused "reality", with
"realty" as in real property.  Perhaps something was lost in translation 
from Dutch to English, or perhaps Dutch to American.

I was expecting something like reality TV.  I would like to point it at 
my neighbor and have it display all kinds of dirt about him/her, court 
appearances, fines, lawsuits etc.  Instead, I just get a bunch of 
marketing crap about houses for sale.  What a downer.  I can do much 
better with Google on my troublesome neighbors.

How about superimposing a handsome mustache on my neighbor for starters? 
  That would be reality.
