New Dulles Repeater

Is there HT APRS coverage in the Dulles Airport?  That is one
thing we like to have at all airports, is the aability for a
traveler with only his HT, to be able to send and receive text
messaging.

I donno if the existing APRS infrastructure works at Dulles with
an HT, but if not, it would sure be nice to have a low power
APRS digi on site...
