New DARG Repeater now in operation

You don't have enough power to get through the elevated
noise floor in Washington DC.  There is a lot of static
being radiated from the US Capitol.  Try increasing your
power level to legal limit and see if you can break through
the noise..  <grin>

element beam at 80', though I did not expect to.  Used PL
77.
