Elderberry Prevents Swine Flu or Does It?

This sounds like Advanced Pseudoscience to me. There is quite  
possible a vestige of truth in the discovery, although natural  
product remedies can be a far cry nowadays from "herbal remedies".  
The problem with many of them is, although their efficacy can be  
(statistically) demonstrated in vitro, getting it to work in vivo can  
be quite a different matter. Just drinking elderberry infusions may  
not cure or prevent flu - but then again, it might...
