Elderberry Prevents Swine Flu or Does It?

My brother absolutely loves them.  So when he comes to visit here in  
Utah, mom will fix him some.  I never developed the taste for them.   
Too cabbage-like, and I'm not very fond of cabbage.  So I need  
something else to go with my corned beef when we eat that.
