Charleston Receiver Group Build #2

Hi Frank,

I might be interested in support of our VWS member, the TJ High School
ham radio club.  We are looking at various things that might be of
interest to the members of that small group.

Am thinking that the Charleston SDR and the development board might be
suitable and interesting given the students at TJ are high achieving kids.

So tentatively put me down for a unit and I will get back to you after
we have some VWS meetings on TJ support.
