same here :-)

also, to my knowledge at least, Toyota (and the USG) has not publicized 
enough the remedy, in case it happens to you::
a) apply the brakes without pumping the pedal,
b) move from Drive to Neutral
c) park your car, then use the hand-brake,
d) as the engine slows down, go into Park and switch off
