Hi everybody,

The University Computing service is changing my e-mail address again. Third time in two years, and with a strong
hint that retired staff should be on "something like gmail". 
So be it. 
The forwarding chain from the old addresses is getting long anyway, and a few messages have gone astray.

I shall become:     brian.hawes1 at gmail.com    don't forget the '1'

Don't worry if it takes a while to remember this. Mail will be forwarded from my four previous homes for some months, but
eventually I shall have to close them.
