Red Pitaya SDR copying Australia on 40 meters

I was just listening to a couple of hams in Florida talking to a ham in 
western Australia on 40 meters, with my Red Pitaya.  I then hooked my 
Elecraft K3 to the same antenna (a 40M dipole), and the signals were about 
the same.  That was via long path over Africa.  Very unusual for 8PM. 
Software was HDSDR.

The RP is apparently a very sensitive receiver.  Neat!
