Red Pitaya not so good for LF

I posted this on the new SDR-NET reflector, but thought that I would 
cross-post it here as well....

Because of the potential renewal of interest within AMRAD in Low Frequency 
(LF) radio, I took a look at the Red Pitaya SDR performance there.  It 
looked good at 500kHz, but below about 350kHz I start seeing a LOT of spurs 
and other garbage.  This got worse as the frequency went lower.  I checked 
it all the way down to 25kHz, which is the lowest frequency that HDSDR can 
operate at.
