Not sure what I’m listening for, but it’s 00.30 UTC and in the UK I’m hearing what sounds like a VERY loud OTHR on 6.9 MHz and a much fainter one on 9.6 MHz. I can’t believe this is HAARP, even though I’ve heard it before.
