Did not copy either frequency on the first session. On the second 
session did copy the 9.6 MHz signal. But did copy the 9.6 MHz signal 
starting at 0000Z. Looks like 10 minute transmissions resembling an over 
the horizon radar about 38 KHz wide centered at 9.6 MHz.
