If your machine is clean, I suspect you can use it for anything at any
time -- maybe not at the same time though.

I do feel a bit uneasy about your goal, however. For security reasons I
only do social media on devices dedicated to that -- the reason being
that I can isolate any related security issues to that device and freely
re-kick it if anything bad happens there.
